Standard service terms covering rates, billing, support, payments, warranty, and related conditions for work performed by Halprin Consulting.

1. Rates and Billing

All work during standard business hours is charged at $190 AUD (ex GST) per hour.

All work outside standard business hours is charged at $290 AUD (ex GST) per hour.

Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, excluding Victorian Public Holidays.

2. Onsite and Remote Support

Onsite work has a minimum charge of 1.5 hours, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter.

After-hours onsite work has a minimum charge of 2 hours, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter.

Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments.

3. Travel and Parking

Travel outside Melbourne CBD and Inner Suburbs is charged at $140 AUD (ex GST) per hour.

Parking costs are passed on to the client where not provided.

4. Cancellations

Less than 8 business hours notice incurs a minimum charge of 1 hour or 50% of booking duration.

5. Payment Terms

Late fee up to 20% applies after 60 days overdue.

Collection costs will be added if required.

6. After-Hours Work

Available by prior arrangement only.

7. Subcontracting

Halprin Consulting may subcontract work where required.

8. Pricing Reviews

Pricing reviewed annually on July 1st.

9. Ownership of Goods

Goods remain property of Halprin Consulting until paid in full.

10. Hardware and Warranty

Manufacturer warranty only.

Return-to-base applies. Labour is chargeable.

11. Uncollected Equipment

Items uncollected after 6 months may be disposed of.

12. General

All prices in AUD excluding GST.

Use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
